My advice is to read every single review here. It helps a lot.

• Allow yourself time between interviews.
• Practice!
• Solve algorithm problems.
• Know all the design patterns and when to use them.

For the online test, you need to practice some algorithms.

For the TDD pair programming, you need to know Java and it's best to practice with IntelliJ. Always start from the test and make it work. Explain every single thing that comes to your mind.

The next interview is to describe a project you worked on. Know how to answer questions: Why you made certain choices. Which choices you regret. Ask a friend to practice with you.

The last interview is about your personality. What you are good at, what you need to improve. How you work in a team, how you discuss ideas. What you liked in a good team, what you dislike in a bad team.
