The interviewer reached out through LinkedIn, but she did not actively explain the role or the team's name. After all five rounds were done, they said I was not a "fit for their culture." Indian recruiters of this company are awful, and they do not intend to hire you; they are just building a talent pool. Sometimes they take weeks to tell you the results. They themselves need to have some respect for a candidate's time.
