Cons: Most moves are made in a one-year cycle, so waiting for things to happen sometimes takes a long time. It's sad that salaries are reconsidered once a year and not every quarter; things happen in the market that might be outdated after a year.

Pros: For Atlassian, the value and work culture are very important. For me, the most impressive aspect is the team approach. I have a lot of great people around me, and it is amazing.

Cons: I would like to have more opportunities, especially time, for training.

Pros: Competitive salary, nice office, delicious catering in the office, interesting engineering challenges.

Cons: Humiliating performance evaluation process based on stack ranking. Management don't respect employees.
