Pros: I love working here.
* People are amazing, noticeably different.
* The company looks after its people and takes good care of them.
* Salary packages are very generous.
* Wellbeing of people is of utmost importance.
* There are so many events to participate in, and they are out of this world in terms of quality, planning, etc.
* Founders are fun, down-to-earth people who are transparent and caring.
Cons: Not a major one, but working remotely from other countries is limited to 3 months a year. This is actually a huge plus compared to most other companies.

Cutting-edge Projects, Legacy Code Struggles

Pros: Nice people, good work/life balance, and a lot of new projects using cutting-edge cloud technologies.
The CEOs are the best, building a really open and welcoming culture.
Cons: A lot of poor quality legacy code in product teams. Many people are used to the old, release-driven, slow development cycle and have a hard time keeping up with modern techniques of DevOps, SRE, and "you build it, you run it." Internal infrastructure doesn't get the attention it deserves and is still considered a non-important part of the ecosystem.
