Pros: - Amazing culture
- Challenging work (in a good way)
- Learning every day
- Mentally stimulated
- Unbeatable compensation (base salary + bonus + stocks). It would be very unlikely for a competitor to be able to match this value.
Cons: Nothing, one of the best places I've ever worked for.
