Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience
Process
The process starts with a HackerRank coding challenge. It consists of four questions of varying difficulty, and you must complete at least two to move forward.
The next step is a behavioral screen with a recruiter. Make sure to research the company values!
Following that is a live coding test using HackerRank CodePair. I was with two engineers and was given two questions to solve.
The last stage for me was two back-to-back video interviews, 45 minutes each.
The first was a chat with a hiring manager, and it was mostly behavioral.
The last was a deep dive with engineers on a project that I've worked on.
