Atlassian seemed like a very respectable organization.
However, I have to admit I was extremely disappointed in their recruitment process.
After a first call with the recruiter, I concluded it was not the kind of company I wanted to work for.
The recruiter kept interrupting my answers and showed no interest whatsoever in learning about my goals and ambitions.
The interview felt more like an interrogation.
Frankly, I was shocked by his lack of manners and discourteousness, which gave me a glimpse at the company's culture.
