Process
The interview process took too long. They have five interviews:
- Online test
- Phone screening
- Technical interview
- Pair programming
- Manager interview
I was only up to the third interview. You have to go to the last interview to see your "manager." Therefore, before that, the interviewers couldn't provide details about the job, the project, or the team. Consequently, I chose to give negative feedback about the interview process.
Don't only prepare for the interview based on the job description. Interviewers may ask "out-of-scope" questions. I was asked about Redux, which wasn't on the job description.
