The work culture is great here.
No cons, to be honest.
Keep up the great work.
The Technical Screen is a 60-minute interview. Approximately 30-45 minutes are allocated to help demonstrate your experience in the following areas: * Writing code * Writing SQL (structured query language) * Python * Working in the data engineering
Schedule a call from Talent Acquisition people for a half-hour interview. After a week, receive an email stating the interview did not go through and that a schedule for feedback was picked. The recruiter did not show up for the feedback session.
There was very little communication from the recruiter. They are looking for the 99th percentile of the 99th percentile, so if you are not up to their mark, don't even expect a message, let alone a call back for rejection.
