The "live by values" culture is truly prevalent with every Atlassian, and that's the best part of the company.
Employee-friendly policies and the platform mentality, which ease the processes for devs while still keeping everything tightly knit, make the life of a developer very nice.
Not much at this point.
We need to think of ways how we could speed up certain initiatives.
