Company is very transparent. Good perks (i.e. home office setup $, time for charity work, swag). TEAM Anywhere (i.e. full support for remote working) is fantastic. Doesn't feel like an evil megacorporation. Amazing people. Seriously, ridiculously smart, motivated, and engaged.
Find a way to reduce the total number of things we're trying to do at once, especially for teams that find themselves at the center of lots of things (i.e., platform teams or key service owners).
Or at least reduce the total amount of things people need to be aware of and care about.
More focus on data-driven decision-making, but also more support for taking the time to actually get better at doing this. There is a lot of desire to do it, but it's hard and takes time to get right.
