Good to join during early career
Lots to learn and nice benefits. Awesome exposure to diverse Atlassian tools. The company has grown and is hiring a lot of new people.
No growth after a certain point, and annual salary increments are not that great. There's behind-the-scenes politics, even though the management claims to have an ‘open company, no bull’ policy.
Reward loyal employees, which might help retain skilled employees longer than a year.
