I applied for this position through the careers portal and received a call from HR regarding the first technical round within five days of application submission. The interview was scheduled in two days and was conducted via Zoom meeting. Two people interviewed me for around 45 minutes, asking questions about my present project and overall work experience.

They shortlisted me for the next round, which was a technical exercise implementation (like a mini-project). The difficulty level was moderate, and I was able to complete and submit it within two days. This took approximately 10 hours, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

They had not reviewed it even after one week. I sent a reminder email to HR, but they did not respond via email or phone calls. After two weeks, I sent another reminder to HR and technical people, but that also didn't work.

Finally, I received an email from HR stating that I was not selected, after 20 days, and without reviewing the technical exercise.

They would have chosen another candidate. My suggestion is to respond via emails or phone calls during the interview process.

It took around one month for just two rounds. If you have no intention of selecting any candidate, please do not waste our time. Time is precious for everyone, and it would be good if you followed some values for the interview process.

Finally, those who have patience and can wait for 2-3 months for the application process are fine, go ahead and apply.
