- No common IT/dev support; you're on your own.
- Lots of red tape to access data, causing a 3-week delay on any projects.
- AI managers don't trust engineers and micromanage every project.
- Lots of friction in inter-team collaboration caused by performance reviews.
APEX performance reviews are killing the motivation of engineers. Properly reward successful projects and stop rating on a curve!
