This is compounded by the continual reduction in benefits, perks, and team gathering budgets. Add to that a tepid stock price, and now the beginning of layoffs for people obsoleted by AI.
Acknowledge that the company culture has become a meat grinder, and make changes that convince employees you're not trying to bleed them dry.
