The company has turned into a sweatshop, forcibly squeezing every drop out of employees. You are never enough and should fear twice-yearly reviews. Leadership doesn't believe in anyone or anything – not you, not the product, not the company, or even themselves. Just constant flogging and blaming everything on engineers and "macroeconomic conditions." AVOID.
