Two easy things to implement.
If you have a family and pay 600 AUD per month on NIB after tax, it's 1k per month or a gross 12k per year. It's a lot of money; paid before tax, it would be much less, particularly in the 45% tax bracket.
Same with daycare, 4k per month can be 2k per month and save employees 24k per year. Although daycare has to be in the building, I think.
