Was all about the team, but now seems "all about me". Lots of pressure to set and meet personal goals that distracts from getting stuff done. No job security when there are brutal and apparently arbitrary job cuts.
Rethink the trajectory of going from a friendly, collaborative Aussie culture to a selfish, cut-throat American one. People do great work because they love the company and its products. Not because they fear for their jobs and whether they've set the right goals for themselves.
