I've never heard of a company taking good care of employees like Atlassian.
- Great compensation.
- Everyone sticks with the company values in every decision made, even on a day-to-day basis.
Things are not very fast-paced. This may not be liked by people who've worked at startups where everything has to be changing/moving super fast.
