It used to be amazing; recent changes made it worse
It used to be amazing from 2019 to mid-2023. There was a lot of transparency in the company, and yearly review cycles were great for insight into performance and goals for the year.
Changes in mid-2023 made the environment extremely stressful. The company was "flattened" in late 2023, where a lot of teams were reorganized. Review cycles changed, so it seems that there's always review or review prep going on.
