It's a very humane work environment. The perks and culture make it an enjoyable place to work. The problems that need solving, and the technology used to solve them, make it an interesting place to work. And the company is still growing rapidly.
It's a fairly big company, and not everyone likes that.
If you don't have the resources or the time to do something properly, then perhaps it's better not to try.
