A genuinely fun place to be, not very structured though
Good atmosphere and vibe in the company. It's great to be a part of something so successful, and I feel I am learning a lot from the people around me.
So much growth and change means it feels a little messy at times. So many new people are joining that teams don't feel settled yet, and you have to get used to things changing every week.
I know we're doing well, but are we growing too fast?
