A lot of poor quality legacy code in product teams. Many people are used to the old, release-driven, slow development cycle and have a hard time keeping up with modern techniques of DevOps, SRE, and "you build it, you run it." Internal infrastructure doesn't get the attention it deserves and is still considered a non-important part of the ecosystem.
Focus more on the internal ecosystem and infrastructure, and transition towards a real cloud-driven culture.
