- Development process is slow moving.
- Spend more time talking about how something should be done than just doing it.
- Tech stack is rigid and not bleeding edge.
- Early and late meetings to accommodate Europe and Australia time zones.

I had an online assessment consisting of 4 problems, out of which I solved 3. This was followed by 2 rounds of interviews: the first was technical, and the second was behavioral. I'm not sure if this is standard.
Software Engineer
I had a variation of the "best time to buy a stock" question. The interviewer was rude and ill-prepared, but I figured out the question. The process was okay overall. The questions were LeetCode medium.
