Pros

Permanent WFH. Good salary + RSU component. 5 months paternity and maternity leave. People and managers maintain each other's dignity and personal space while working, unlike some Indian startups. Nice perks:

  • Cab for office commute
  • Free meal in office
  • Nice office space with height-adjustable table, Herman Miller chair, and extra-wide desktop.
Cons

New management (from Meta) is a bit shaky, still trying to figure out the optimum framework to get the most out of the employees.

Lots of re-orgs create a lack of clarity of the future roadmap.

Work pressure is high, and people always have a monkey on their back to deliver tangible output every quarter.

What you show has much higher value than what you actually do.
