Everyone is in line with company vision, making everyone great contributors to the products.
Great people; made few friends.
Huge push on documentation, testing, and stability.
Good opportunity to learn.
Very inclusive in all aspects.
Can choose if you want to work fully remotely or visit the office, however you choose.
Hiring process took over 3 months.
A lot of internal processes, a lot of good ones, but it's a lot to swallow.
On-boarding takes over a month to complete, realistically 3 months to start contributing.
The innovation time once a quarter for 1 day was a huge disappointment.
Some initiatives, even if small, take a lot of time to deliver, realistically 30% of actual coding.
No room for greenfield projects.
