Great culture, no BS
Honestly, a great culture, probably one of the best places I have worked at. Amazing and open people where everyone is there to get the job done. They really live their values (as cliché as that sounds), but honestly, day to day genuinely shows.
As with any major company, things can seemingly move slowly as the team's priorities change from quarter to quarter. This makes it difficult to do long-term planning and achieve goals.
