One of the worst companies I have ever worked for
- Good pay
- Benefits are great, but I expect them to change soon
- Remote friendly
- Some of the worst cultures I've seen so far.
- Leadership just runs around like headless chickens.
- ICs are expected to do everything.
- Even a P40 engineer needs to completely carry complex projects without any guidance or communication.
- Stack ranking is being implemented ruthlessly.
- Two performance reviews in a year.
- Team Anywhere is awful. Having teammates spread across multiple geographies without any thought on how to make it work efficiently.
Listen to your employees. Please fire the new CTO.
