Atlassian takes its values very seriously and lives them daily. The result is a genuinely great place to work. A place that takes the growth of its employees very seriously.
Approaching 5k employees, Atlassian is a big company. As such, it can occasionally suffer from the drawbacks of a large company, such as difficulty communicating from one end of the org chart to the other.
