APEX. If your position is higher than senior, run from this company. All your work for six months will come down to the fact that you are in constant stress about not working enough.
There is no transparency. Managers cannot tell you anything because they themselves do not know. They find out how well you work only during the APEX period, when your work is compared with others.
As a result, you either overwork so as not to be left at the end, or PIP.
