Excellent pay Interesting problem sets Tons of capital to spend
Has become another tech bro haven. Everyone is stack-ranked, and the managers don't know how to handle this. The company has become its own worst vision of itself. What used to be handled with transparency and empathy is now handled with stats, figures, and pressure.
Go back to the old Atlassian. Treat people like people.
