Salary
Smart people, even though many smart ones have quit this year.
After the stack ranking was introduced, everyone works 50-60 hours, however many their family or lack thereof affords, not to get to the bottom percentages.
To get promoted, all people I know told me they had to work 80-hour weeks for a year. 90% of people are hired from outside rather than grown internally.
No new interesting projects.
The dev loop is broken for 6 months with no improvement in sight.
Please don't introduce new metrics that were proven not to work (like PRs count).
