Best-in-class products, and new products coming out all the time. The company invests a lot in internal platforms and developer experience/productivity. The CEO has a great vision, and the roadmap looks exciting.
The performance review process, twice a year, can cause a lot of stress. Getting promoted is incredibly hard.
