Stack ranking destroyed the company culture
The total compensation is good, and you work with really smart people. There aren't many benefits for New Zealand.
The company uses Stack Ranking now, so it's you against your teammates (someone has to be at the end of the curve and put on performance review or fired). You won't receive any performance feedback before it happens.
The stack ranking is quickly killing the company's culture. You should look at the way the company was before and rethink this process.
The management won't provide any feedback about your work during cycles (6 months). This is absurd.
