I met someone from Atlassian at a hackathon they helped sponsor. We ended up chatting, and I later contacted them with my interest in working for the company. I had a first phone call with a recruiter that went well, and they passed my resume onto

- Initial briefing call - 2 code sessions (I declined to take it any further after this) - Architecture interview - Culture interview - Meeting the team

Total of 4 interviews, going from technical to management/values in the end. Interview process is pretty good, but the lack of communication with the candidate (no information of feedback) is what the company needs to work on.
