Pros: It is still a great company to work for. It has nice values, good people, and a not-too-bad engineering culture.
Cons: The company is experiencing growth pains, and some fundamentals are broken.
They try to push engineers harder because it was too laid back, but this only works sometimes.
They also don't care about people growth and development anymore, only squeezing as much as possible.

Pros: Easy to transition between roles, between teams, between projects.
Direct management puts trust and responsibility into team members, "we hire good people, we should trust them to make good decisions."
Perks:
* Chase an opportunity or look for career growth, and everyone will help you get there.
Cons: A lot of growth has led to a big company struggling to hang onto its 'startup' roots.
A lot of the culture is geared towards a specific type of people and can feel alienating sometimes.
