- Use of top-quality tech with a pool of proficient engineers.

- Culture has declined to lower lows over the years, with the introduction of stack rankings and changes in leadership.
- Indecisive leadership is not trustworthy.
- Too many folks managing per engineer, many org restructures, team changes.
- No major product breakthrough or innovation in recent years. Mostly of the newer products are either acquired or copied.

Recruiter reached out. Technical interview with their lead. Had to fix 3-4 bugs in the project they provided. Lasted for one hour, but couldn't fix all bugs, so failed the process. Screen share and not much interaction with the interviewer.
