Remote work flexibility, and a mentor who genuinely cared about their interns' success.
The internship lacked organization and clear direction.
There was very minimal contact with the manager, and it was apparent that they were unaware of what their interns were working on.
A significant lack of communication regarding expectations and feedback from the manager.
