If you return from parental leave from work, you get PIP. If your manager dislikes you, you get PIP regardless of your contribution. Backstabbing and stepping on each other's toes is common now. Burnout and long working hours. No support from management at all; they just abuse you for their achievement. Toxic culture. Stay away.
