The company offers some awesome perks: a good salary, a nice office to work in if you want to work in the office, a team-anywhere culture, and generous leave.
There's currently too much competition between devs, and the culture can be toxic depending on the team you work on. Depending on the team and manager, your chances to grow may not exist, which can compromise your future and mental health in the long term.
