Since CTO Rajeev Rajan came in, the total company culture changed. He seems to want to show some changes for the sake of it, and now the culture will not come back. The performance review is toxic. Besides fairness, it is both mentally and energetically taxing for all the engineers.
Listen to the voice, and it is pretty toxic optimistic for the performance review.
