The people. Within teams, people actually look out for each other and lift each other's engineering game as a team sport. Completely different to other corporates.
Culture used to be the gold standard. It's worsened since then, after leaders from Microsoft and Meta have started taking over and imposing top-down changes, but it's still pretty good.
Stop making changes that erode our core values.
