For me, the most important thing is the work atmosphere. It's pretty chill here and makes me feel very comfortable.

The amount of pressure and stress is significantly lower here than compared to my previous jobs.

There are many employee perks and employee benefits, too. One best example is Team Disconnect / Independent Day, which is basically a free holiday for the staff.

I've just joined a few months ago, and my biggest challenge so far is connecting to people. There are just so many teams and so many people; it's hard to keep track of.

I don't have much advice for the moment because I think the management is already doing a pretty good job. I have no complaints nor problems so far, and I believe it's going to stay at a minimum like this.
