You are just a factory worker at Atlassian. Witnessing over 6 years growing from under 1,000 staff to over 10,000, they have been way too aggressive with hiring, bringing on people promoting a toxic work culture. This has changed this company from a happy and fun place to work that used to value teamwork into now a glorified, competitive sweatshop where everyone wants to screw each other over, rather than actually working together. It's such a shame because that's what once made this company so great.
