Good pay. The culture is fantastic when things are good.
When things aren't the best, management will be on your back.
I applied online and Atlassian interviewed me via Karat. The interview contained system design questions and a coding challenge. The system design questions they asked were pretty simple for senior software engineers. The coding challenge was a LeetC
After an extensive, months-long process, I was rejected by the final hiring committee. This was very unfortunate. The process was mentally draining, and I don't believe it's a good indication of how well a candidate will perform in the role.
Interesting questions and interactive interviewers. Focus was on design and implementation. The algorithmic complexity was not very high. Had 3 rounds: * DS/Algo * LLD * HLD Overall, it was a good experience, even without an offer.
