Atlassian has done a great job supporting all employees throughout the last few very strange years. With extra days off, open and honest conversations about mental health, free mental health and wellness resources and services, generous budgets for buying WFH equipment, and a culture that is far more about ensuring that everyone is doing their best than hitting every target every time, it has made the last two years far less stressful for me.
