Fear and mistrust
WFH is still an option.
Apex is incredibly damaging.
It is time-consuming, causes mistrust among employees, and is not transparent or fair.
I work until early hours of the morning and over weekends, and I don't know if it will be enough or not this time around. There is just no guarantee what will come back from those calibration sessions.
I am sacrificing my health, life, and time with my family, and I may or may not have a job after this coming Apex. It is not worth it.
Why bother? You don't listen to us or care about us anyway.
