Company position in Ukraine support:
The real information is hidden from employees. There are weekly protests near the Atlassian office from the Ukrainian community and supporters, but there are no explanations about why they are happening and what the company is doing to stop it.
Company is not open with employees.
Equity price has fallen dramatically.
Can get bullied by management and get no adequate help (personal and friend experience based).
Changing teams is very difficult.
Please share what is going on over the Ukraine situation and why we have protests. Follow your own "open company, no bullshit" motto.
Please invest more effort into getting feedback about direct people management. Our team lost 50% of employees because people are bullied by management. No one is investigating an issue, and there is no real help when you are bullied by a person on whom your career depends.
Please rethink the internal mobility policy. Currently, it's easier to quit than to change teams. I personally know several people who decided to leave the company because they were not able to move teams.

Mostly competent interviewers, clear guidelines, and rapid feedback. One of the interviewers evaluated me on completely different criteria than the interview purpose, which torpedoed leveling a bit. Once you pass the interview process, you still need
