Candidates are interviewed to select, not reject. They also look for what the candidate's skillset is and if it can be mentored. Overall, it was a great experience while giving the interview.

I interviewed for a frontend role. There were six interview rounds: * Filter round with a third party called Karat * JavaScript coding rounds * Browser coding round * Frontend System Design round * Values round * Manager round

Carrot round for screening. Once you are shortlisted, you will have three technical rounds. First, you will have a Browser coding and JS coding round. If both go well, then you will have a System design round.
