They let me work on different projects. Team members were helpful and almost always available.
I remember someone in recruitment saying that their values are not just written on the wall, but they are lived. My mentor never gave any feedback to me. Whenever I asked for feedback, he said everything is fine. Also, I was told to slow down the pace of my work.
The work culture was not good, as in there was no friendliness.
Your company has an open policy. Follow it.
